Helped me coordinate flowers" - "From the moment you arrive at the front gate, till u walk into the foyer area , and looking to the left where the lounge area is , the big window/balcony area— you see the postcard view , right there. Stunning. The view , the rooms, the meals, onsen were all very good. Staff very nice and helpful. On the day we left they still gave us a token/pass for their carpark and cafe at the main tourist area. 10/10 . Would really want to visit again."

It’s a modernized traditional Japanese house with an onsen, whose owners did not spare any effort to make me comfortable, even driving me very early the next day so I can join my friends at their hotel in Miyazu and catch an early train to Kyoto. I wish I could have stayed longer in that dreamy place. Highly recommended."

- "The attention to detail." - "Very clean and comfortable" - "Location- The hotel itself and the surrounding area are beautiful. There is a nice beach and woodland walk next to the hotel. It is quiet and a nice break away from the hussle and bussle of the cities in Japan. Train station is around a 5 min walk. Staff- Very friendly & helpful with the majority speaking fairly good English. Public Baths- The male public baths were spotless and also include a sauna and cold plunge pool. Attention to detail- As with all of Japan, the rooms were extremely clean. The room had a great balcony looking onto a wooded area. I would suggest a 2 night stay to be able to fully enjoy the hotel and surrounding area."
