We called earlier in the evening to let them know we were running late but still coming and spoke to one of the owners who were great and accommodating, even giving us late night recommendations nearby to eat. When we arrived, our king room was exceptional and we LOVED the bathroom! The lobby had snacks including sparkling wine which was incredibly lovely and welcoming after such a whirlwind of a trip. Loved the addition of the white noise machine as well. The hotel is amazing and would recommend it hands down for anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay in Kansas City!"
