Very well placed in the heart of Menfi and close to the extraordinary Regina d'Alabastro restaurant recommended by the hotel. Giussi and the team could barely be more welcoming. Our rooms were exceptional. Our huge room had a sitting-room and library outside the door and our friend's very spacious room up in the roof had an extraordinary bathroom. The whole Palazzo has been partially reconstructed by an architect using local references and includes a most beautiful roof terrace and a charming breakfast area on a bougainvillea-covered balcony outside the kitchen. Breakfast was superbly Sicilian. The team came to meet us at breakfast to tell us much about the local area. As we were leaving we discovered that Giussi runs cooking classes and this and the ambience and charm of Dimora Siqu made us want so much to go back. It's very close by car to Selinunte and to the Planeta Ulmo winery at Sambuca where we had a five-star tour and tasting. An exceptional hotel."
