From the reception Mr Omar and Abdalrahman were very friendly and helpful we get the amazing deluxe room with great view , very clean , very comfortable, the food was amazing in the main restaurant, the variety, the quality, special thanks to Norhaan to helped us. The hotel has an amazing heated swimming pool you can enjoy all day , and access to AlAlameen beach. The lovely RADWA , can’t thanks her enough, from the minute we arrived until check out, she surprised us with a cake and flowers for my sister birthday. We were so happy and grateful.
