Borrowing bikes from the hotel to cycle (roadfree) to Gruissan was the highlight. Lovely town with excellent restaurants and the cycle ride there was spectacular (along beautiful rivers). We ate in the hotel restaurant, Asana and although the menu was quite simple (a grill offering a variety of meats/fish), it was executed very well. The grilled half onions were a surprising hit with the whole family. We played petanque, swam, cycled, spent time in the small but perfectly formed spa, drank good wine and soaked up the views...all in all a perfect couple of nights. This was a treat for us and a stretch for our budget but we felt the splurge was worth it as it surpassed our expectations."

We could easily just stay in the house and by the swimming pool for days, and at the same time only 12-15 minutes (about 12-14 Euros) to city centre with an Uber. Spacious apartments for family of 4, 3 bathrooms, kitchen fully equipped with fresh cleaning supplies, single washer/ dryer, very comfortable beds, nice outdoors space for meals. We used the spa area - large indoor pool, moderately heated outdoor pool (in mid April it was unseasonably warm with outside 27c and pool was around 20C), all the staff were exceptionally friendly, and lots of activities to keep kids busy— kids club during our week, complimentary tennis court that could be rented, ping pong , pétanque, free bikes for use. I read reviews of complaints about the food though we found it to be a good price/ quality ratio. We were traveling with a baby so ordered in and everything arrived well and on time."

- "Communication prior to arrival was excellent and free parking available on site. Room was spacious with large bathroom. It was hot during our stay so the AC, window blinds and mini fridge were much appreciated. The property is in a residential area but the Restaurant & Bar associated with the property are literally next door and offered a wonderful menu, excellent range of wines and atmosphere. Would highly recommend! Tram to Montpellier and beyond stops a short walk up the road offering a regular and efficient service - just use the app to buy a ticket before you board as there are random checks."
