She and many other staff members gave great tips and recommendations. There’s someone at the desk 24/7. Jocelyn immediately offered us coffee on arrival and in the mornings. On the day of our departure our taxi was unable to park in front of the hotel because the lockdowns for the commencement of the Olympic games being implemented. A staff member acted very quickly by grabbing a hotel trolley and wheeling our 6 plus bags of luggage for many, many streets to where the taxi had parked.
