- "Decor was moody and chic. staff were fabulous. location was prime and close to many shops, great restaurants etc" - "The girl who checked us in - I believe her name was Julia - went above and beyond for us. We arrived early and she let us know that she would call or email us as soon as we could check in. They were out of regular rooms with a king-size bed (which was what I booked) so she had given us a complimentary upgrade to a larger room with two queen beds. We went to the lobby bathroom to freshen up and when we got back to her to drop off our bags, she gave us a complimentary food voucher out of nowhere. It was a very nice gesture and a huge help when we went to get lunch. The room itself was huge and lovely. The shower was absolutely amazing. Everything about it was great. The guy who checked us out, as well as the bellhop who helped us on our way out, were very friendly and helpful as well. There was a bit of noise in the afternoon, but the room was completely quiet from the evening well into the morning."

The casino, restaurants, lounges and SPA are some of the nicest in all of Vegas or in my travels in many cases. Pedro at the spa was an excellent massage therapist and the amenities are top notch.
