And here comes the problem. The hotel moved us to a room which was in the theory same as the one we were but onced we moved we realized it was deffective, which caused us a bad sleep in the next 2 days and some other inconveniences. It was a shame that the experience in such a nice hotel was in the end blurred by a wrong "solution" by the hotel management and housekeeping management. The hotel totally downgraded us to a room which needed a lot of mainteinance. This is not correct."
