He saw us approaching and came outside to help us carry in our bags, told us everything we might want to know about the property and how to travel around, and then came with us to our room to make sure we knew how to use the remotes, coffee pot, TV, etc. Location is great - about a 1-2 minute walk to the AU ZH train station. It's a quiet little town. I didn't realize it was "outside" of Zurich when I booked, but the locals said they never get Zurich tourists there. It was about a 20 minute train ride to Zurich, but for the price and convenience, I think it's a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it!"
