I had specifically booked the heritage suites, in the original Baker's bungalow, but the reception staff was initially tried to offer me a sub standard private villa, but I protested. Front desk manager immediately resolved the issue and offered me the originally booked heritage suite. It was a great. Facilities were top class. Food was delicious and exceptional. Spa and massage facilities were amazing..i had a foot massage by a masseur name by Imran from North East state of Manipur, who was very good and professional. That massage was one of the best I have had. Highly recommend the spa facilities. Would like to return."
