- "I didn't plan to post all my photos and write this much, but... I cannot skip it. I have visited many countries, many top hotels, and resorts, but nothing compares to Joali Being. From the moment you arrive at the airport, until the last step, everything is organized as a perfect 10/10. Where to begin? The resort is new and probably the most modern in the Maldives. I thought UAE had the best hospitality, but no place has even come close to the professionalism of the staff here. The food is top-notch. I ate the best steak, breakfast, and much more. I would write what I recommend, but probably it's worth trying anything. Even though you have to pay for most of the activities, including for simply using the tennis field, I strongly recommend doing the organised activities, because the experience is unique and incomparable. I am very sorry that I skipped many of them, until I had the first ones and realized how they do things. The houses are impeccable, very inspirational in terms of architecture and design. I could write more, but... will leave just this: if you have a chance to try this resort, even for just 4-5 days, try it and it will inspire you for life about how things should be done. The island is only about 1 mile long so can be walked easily but there is a hop on/off buggy service that we used a lot. 2 main bars, one at each end of the island. Both great, one has a pool and the other a great chill out area to watch the sunset. If you are planning on going to the Maldives, I would wholeheartedly recommend this award winning island."
