On a totally different level, we had some car problems with the battery. They owner plus the maintenance manager of the property fixed everything: "No worries, you guys have vacation, we'll fix it, you will be able to drive again tomorrow". Next morning, they had found that both our batteries were dead and had replaced it with a spare one from the owners car! Also good to mention, all the staff is great, and we had lovely meals. As one of the staff members said: "I like to work here, it's not a place where they want to make profits, everything is put back into preserving the elephants ", and that is how it felt very much for us."
