The manager - Mark - so attentive and informative - great host! Too many to name in total but Eak, Odd, Can and Poom where the best. The restaurant and bar served superb food - in outstanding surroundings. The quality of the furnishings and property were top notch. I have to say that Koh Jum Beach Villas delivered exceptional stay - more than could have been expected."

We had the most magical stay here. 10/10" - "The location relative to the beach was absolutely wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff setup a van pickup for us at the Krabi airport to transported us to the dock, and a long-tail boat to transported us to Koh Jum and a taxi for the final transport to the hotel. We were able to charge all the transportation costs to our room bill and pay with our credit card. The hotel staff arranged a private long-tail boat to snorkel in Koh Phi Phi marine park. The restaurant food and services were excellent. We ate all our meals there while enjoying the sunset views of the gulf of Siam (Thailand)."

- "Newly built super nice bungalows built under a coconut plantation . Walking distance to the most beautiful sunset beach. Close to town , restaurants, coffee shops etc high quality linen and at last a soft mattress . Nice spacious terrace on each bungalow and huge bathroom with skylight. Breakfast was of high quality served in a very well designed 2 story cafe/coffee shop/ reception etc The resort is family run and we got a very special service from “ IT “ the owners son. I am a pretty demanding guest at times and everything was no problem for these guys to get it sorted. Will defo be back ."
