When we arrived, we were greeted by staff dressed in traditional Japanese dress who served as green tea and Japanese sweets. We were then escorted to our bedroom where we had a traditional Japanese room. We were then served the most unbelievable dinner in our room, which was truly amazing and the quality of the service was outstanding. Promptly after dinner, the room was cleaned and the futon was laid down and the beds were made in front of us. In the morning the beds were cleared and breakfast was served in our room which was nothing short of a banquet. We chose the western style. Food overall was exceptional. After breakfast, my wife and I made our way to the Private onsen - hot spring for one hour which was more than enough. An unbelievable experience and great value for money. I thoroughly recommend it to everybody if you’re looking for a break on a holiday to really enjoy and take in the Japanese culture."
