We ate lunch and dinner there (accommodation includes just breakfast) because the menu is rich, and they have an excellent chef that we've met, compliments :) As for their food quality and menu, the price is very, very good, cheap even. We've tried other restaurants in Kiwengwa and Poa Poa has been our number one choice. Plus we've always been treated so nicely (great service). Generally, the staff is very nice and helpful, especially waiters. We really enjoyed the live music evening :))) Sadly, we've managed to see just one (but was so much fun! Also special Swahili food, so you could really get the feel of Zanzibar!), but apparently they do live music twice a week (we've been there for just 3 days). You can also get a massage in the hotel, and they offer different kinds. Generally, we've been really happy with the place and would recommend it for people looking for an intimate romantic getaway or a family holiday with great food, location, clean beach, and ocean views.
