Well-appointed - from the lobby to its restaurant "TWH Social" and the Barrister Lounge the hotel is comfortable and highly appealing. Reception staff were amazing and provided me with information, directions and ensured that needs were met. Parking is easily accessible in a modern parking garage tower across the street. The hotel is centrally located. The system was down when I went to check out. There was a movie I'd rented that I wanted to pay for separately from my business card. The front desk clerk took my name and assured me that he would separate it out once the system was back up. He not only did that but actually didn't expense the movie to me in the second invoice. I thought that was a nice gesture. I'd definitely return. A very warm feeling at this hotel."
