The hotel is brand new. Therefore, the facilities are new. The hotel is managed by a family, and they have a history for the name of the hotel. Ask them, and they will tell you in detail. They will also advise you for the locations to see and even may arrange you tours in Khiva and near locations. If you are arriving early in the morning, before your check-in time, then ask the hotel for breakfast service because the restaurants outside the hotel will probably be closed. The breakfast in the hotel is fine. My advice is to book your room, including breakfast. The hotel is clean (I hope they keep it as clean as possible all the time), and the stuff is very friendly and sincere."
