I echo all the other reviews regarding the stunning place it’s just so traditional and the best place I stayed in over my 3 weeks in Nepal! The electric blanket in the bed was amazing ( I stayed in room 1). and the bed super comfortable. it was lovely and quiet and great location. The food is all freshly cooked and prepared and was super delicious! The staff are all so lovely and helpful and genuinely kind hearted! As a lone female I felt very safe here and in location. I cannot recommend this place enough what an amazing hidden jewel. I stayed in Thamel when I arrived and it was too busy and noisy. Patan is definitely much nicer and less busy. While the food menu options are quite limited, it helps to focus on eating healthy and without wastage. The Villa was spacious and comfortable complete with a private gazebo to enjoy a beverage. The amenities were great and going up and down the stairs in a 3 stores villa was a great workout. The Kavya staff were nice enough to organize a painting session for us outdoors overlooking the Himalayas. We were also able to enjoy a spiritual walk and a meditation session (complimentary) with the Guruji who educated us on different benefits of the botanical surrounding. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to be back for a yoga retreat when the spa village and swimming pool is constructed."
