- "We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 toddlers, the location was very convenient with easy access to hotel restaurants, the onsen and of course the snowpark (our room looked right into the snow play area too). The staff were helpful arranging our taxi hires and we had good food at the hotel restaurants. It's not a luxury hotel, but the facilities are clean, conveniently located next to Princes Outlets (this came in handy when we had a day of rain and needed to find something to do). The onsen is very nice, I took my daughter there and we had a fun experience. Worth visiting when you're staying at the hotel."
