Andrea and his staff were always incredibly helpful and responsive to any request and in particular their recommendations of what to do in the area and where to eat were perfect. I think we tried almost everything on their list and all were great. They assisted with transfers, taxis, ferry information and even made some phone calls for us to make things easier as we didn't speak Spanish. Everyone definitely went over and above what was required to make sure our stay was the best it could be. They brought me back on the boat and has inventoried all my items under a camera. I then had to check that all items were there under the eye of a camera. Outstanding protocol! Great job Ivan and Martin. Jabar, Alejandro, and Orlando were great at the pool! Javier and Bryan did a wonderful job with room service. Ana was extremely helpful with great customer service!
