- "We stay here 2 or 3 times a year and the standards are always consistently high. The staff are all excellent but the front desk team and concierge are exceptional. This hotel is worthy of its 5 star rating and the staff really do take it up a notch. Our standard double room was very well appointed with everything you would expect. The bathroom has a bath, which is nice and not always the case is other hotels. Super king bed with high quality linens. Coffee machine etc. Breakfast is substantial and of high quality. The fresh berries in the help yourself buffet were amazing."
