The front of house staff (Elisabetta I do believe) went over and above to make our stay comfortable and memorable. She greeted us, helped with luggage as did other lovely staff, and assisted us with finding a street parking spot (very difficult to find in Ragusa). Our suite was more than comfortable and we thought the dedication to the owner’s grandfather was a very special touch. What a lovely acknowledgment of his dedication and love of his family.
