They called taxis, prepared packed breakfasts, found seats at the hotel, and just made us feel welcomed. This hotel gets an A++ for its special staff and customer service practices. Finally, it’s an interesting concept that I’ve only seen in movies where the hotel guests can get “taken up” into the busyness and crowds of the brasserie. The Charmante is a hotel but I learned that people are really into the French cuisine & wines at the restaurant. As we came during the Christmas season and within the first 3 months of the hotels opening it was VERY busy with dinner guests— but I loved the buzz. And if some do not like this, they can just go to their rooms— the noise does not follow :-)"
