I had requested to use the sauna/steam room upon my arrival (months before in an email) and Medina (the best hotel desk person in Paris) had it arranged for us and warm and ready when we arrived. She talked us into breakfast and it was delicious. The room, small, but cozy with big windows letting in a lot of light. We were upgraded to a balcony (with early check in). This will be where I stay when I come back to Paris. Medina also gave good shopping pointers."
