The breakfast was set on a menu, we chose twice of cappuccino coffee and Fullmoon breakfast, fresh orange juice . It was so delicious. The location is in the center with some big restaurant nearby and 5 minutes to the beach on foot. The staff were really polite and helpful, we also booked the tour with them and got a great boat trip - Kayaking (they own Cat Ba Ventures). We strongly recommend this amazing hotel to anyone who wants to stay on Cat Ba island."

The cabin itself is basic but that’s what we wanted. The bed was comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating, providing us with a kettle for our coffee in the morning as we are early risers. The gardens are beautiful, the view of the lake is stunning and it was lovely having Gừng (resident golden retriever) always hanging around. We rented a scooter for our stay as it’s a little bit out of town but Cat Ba is very easy to get around, there isn’t a lot of traffic so. During our stay a typhoon hit and the staff did a great job looking after all the guests despite no power for two days. Thankyou to all the staff at Blue Lagoon, we loved our stay."
