- "There are several plusses I noticed. Starting with the luggage helping person, Ravinder, who certainly went a few extra miles to ensure the room is well done with all the comfort promised. Of course, the reception, café, and all the support crew - Nayeem, Birju, Lalit, Govind, Chef, and Co. - were simply excellent in making guests feel welcome and at ease. The service is perfect, the staff really ensure that you are having the best stay. They are always happy to help you with any query you might have and they really made me feel at home. The gym is also great, the machines are brand new and there are many options. Bonus point for the cold towels available at the end of your workout! The swimming pool is also amazing, it is a little bubble of relaxation in the heart of busy Delhi. Looking forward to my next trip Delhi so that I can come back to the Imperial!"
