- "This is an extraordinary hotel. The Lalique glass themed château is a delight for the senses. Staff was outstanding. Food merits 6 stars. Having a drink in the Lalique Bar was a particular delight, as well as dining outside at the Terrasse Restaurant, and walking in the Vineyard. Rooms are enormous and are impeccably clean, appointed with beautiful Lalique glass. If the food here was anything to go by we would definitely book the restaurant next time we stay. The Terrasse staff were great and made our dining experience very enjoyable. We took a tasting whilst here and learned a lot about Sauternes wine. We even took some home with us. I highly recommend the food pairing tasting. Breakfast was lovely (especially the little crème brûlée and the panna cotta) Check in and check out was very easy and again, the staff were very helpful. We cannot like this property enough and cannot wait to rebook."
