The food and drinks were ace, the building was unbelievably gorgeous and historic but our favourite two things overall were the attention to detail everywhere and the staff/hospitality. We've never experienced anything like it. We felt so special, we were waited on pretty much 24/7. I can't name just one staff member because all were so professional, helpful and friendly. We would love to visit this postcard hotel again but also already have our eyes on trying the others. One of the most relaxing stays we've ever had. The room / bathroom were large , the bed exceptionally comfortable and the shower hot and efficient even though you need to wait a few minutes as it is run on solar .The balcony is also large and perfect for yoga , meditation or just to sit enjoying feeling so close to nature and admiring the natural surroundings . Vipin is an amazing host with a true belief in providing an exceptional service to his guests . I left my wallet in the taxi and Vipin immediately rang the driver took me to collect it from previous location in Palolem . We were provided with complimentary Chai masala drink every morning( could have tea / coffee )at a time to suit us and all food we had was delicious and fresh ."

We could not ask the name of everyone because it would have been a bit weird maybe, but thanks to Mulong who took care of us at the pool and restaurant, Ravi and Krutik at the restaurant - and all the other waiters we did not ask names of, all kind and smiling, and the excellent reception staff who welcomed us like royals."
