The entire hotel staff and owner Mario are most welcoming, always helpful, as if they were welcoming you into their own home. The property is situated on a magnificent hill with a magical view of the bay and Camogli. The luxurious swimming pool where we spent our afternoons and the very tasty breakfasts (and excellent juices!) were a pleasant addition, which is always important to us. What is also important to us that the villa has few rooms (for 2 people), so the property is not overcrowded, and the other guests both in 2021 and now were very cordial and I feel that no one bothered each other. We are sure that we will definitely return again, because the Villa as well as Camogli itself is excellent and still not filled with tourists. <3"

- "The owner! She was absolutely the best. Super kind, helped us shape both of our trips to Portofino and Cinque Terre in the best possible way. We saw so much we did not initially plan. Also, she gave us a better room because it was available. And the day after we checked out, we had left our car in a parking lot on the train station and spent the whole day in Cinque Terre. We came back late, the parking was locked and we could not get our car out. She helped us out by calling people she knew and when that didn’t work, she offered to accommodate us for one more night free of charge. The property does offer a shuttle service but only at certain times of the day. There is a restaurant on site which served amazing food. I would say tho it could provide a more lighter option for say lunch.. We did speak to the restaurant manager about the menu and we suggested platters of cold meats and cheese. The pool area was good, views great and personally the sounds of the trains coming by I found comforting. Perhaps in part as ‘train’ as my way out for the bike having cycled down in such steep roads. The breakfast was excellent and a very pleasant setting for evening drinks. The other guests were pleasant people too and the rooms great and well thought through.
