- "it felt like home" - "Great communication from the hotel staff to us before and during the trip. Not only does Casa 9 have a beautiful aesthetic, but the staff makes it comfortable and accommodating. There is always filtered water available in the lobby for free, as well as alcoholic beverages for a charge. The courtyard was a beautiful oasis in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was delicious! We had the chilaquiles and the avocado toast. The coffee and pastries were great, as well! Our room was cleaned and towels were replaced daily. Casa 9 provides soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, as well as a hair dryer. We felt very comfortable with the security, as there is an outer door to the building, a lock on the Casa 9 section of the building, and then locks on each of the hotel rooms.
