- "It was welcoming. All around great atmosphere." - "Very secure as you need a keycard to enter the building at night and to use the elevators. Very clean with a friendly staff." - "Breakfast was great - we also had dinner at the main floor restaurant and it was also great. Loved the decor, the rooms and the beds were comfy. Staff were great. Great location. We did ask to be moved from our original room due to the noise of the sidewalk construction going on on the side street and that was accommodated. Unfortunately we arrived at the hotel very late due to delayed flights and our luggage was lost (did not get it until mid day the next day). The front desk did have toothbrushes and toothpaste we could have - not sure if there is an opportunity to have a few additional items available, if even for purchase (eg pyjamas/t-shirt etc). Perhaps this doesn't happen often enough for travellers to Fort Wayne to warrant anything more."
