- "Rooms were great." - "This hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience in a hidden gem area of the city! The location was away from all the craziness of NYC but still very easy to get around to all the spots. The cobblestone streets and views of the Brooklyn bridge are magical! But what made our visit so special was the staff! They were so amazing and friendly and made us feel right at home. At breakfast Cash and Bernie gave us great tips for areas to go and took the time to get to know more about our whole family and made it feel like we had known each other for a long time. Every time we left or came back the door man and the front desk staff smiled and made conversation and were genuinely interested in what we had done or where we going. Again, everyone was so friendly and they really made us feel at home. We can’t wait to come back to this hotel! The food was amazing too! The chef was so special to bring out a wonderful snack for the kids while we were just hanging out in the lobby. The food at the restaurant is fantastic! I researched so many hotels for this trip and I feel like this was such a win! I will never need to search for another hotel in NYC again!
