Our room was beautiful and there was so much attention to detail. Room service was available and we were able to order a warm drink and a snack which was very welcome. Andrea was the perfect host, very knowledgeable and so kind. He had very helpful suggestions regarding parking and he stored our luggage for us so we could explore Ferrara on foot. The breakfast was exceptional. Freshly made spinach and ricotta tart, a tomato and cheese savoury, various pastries, various cereals, nuts, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, prunes, ham, cheese, various fruit juices and freshly made cappuccinos.
