Maria gave me a beautiful henna and was so lovely and graceful, and Arsalan Halil was super attentive the following morning with all of our needs and breakfast and made sure we had everything we could possibly need or want. Honestly if I could learn everyone's name in the staff and give them all credit, I would. Everything was exceptional! - "We were visiting to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. We absolutely loved the Atlantis Palm. So much to see and do within the resort we never even ventured out elsewhere there was no need. Superb restaurants, the water park, the Mall, beautiful pools and beaches plus superb customer service. Our check in receptionist was really lovely, she even gave us a room upgrade and arranged a cake for my husbands birthday to in her words ‘make our few days special’ We will definately go back."

This time we booked with Golden Sands 3 rooms. The hotel's crew is so eager to serve you. From the first moment they are gonna treat you like a king! Whatever you want, they will try more than their best just to make it happen for you. Besides that, the hotel' cleanliness and location is superb, it is just a few minutes away from everywhere you would need also they have bicycles equipped with Safety helmet you can use for free and take a tour around. For a minor incident happened mistakenly and unintentionally, the whole crew apologized and they sent complimentary treat and apology letter!!
