The surrounding traditional garden is a delight. We stayed in a lovely room on the 1st floor of the main house, ideal for visitors from abroad with many bags or suitcases; the long room, small sitting room and large bathroom were faithful to photos and descriptions and overall, beautifully designed. As often, the bedside lights are not made for avid readers of books. Mind that the parking lot (and they are rare and precious in Dazaifu !) is a 3 mn walk from the reception. We were very well received and there was always somebody to help or talk to. The breakfast was superb, not to be missed. Location right on Dazaifu Tenmangu's side entrance makes it a perfect choice for visiting early or late, when there is hardly any visitors. Checking out at 12 is an added bonus, so you can spend more time on site."

It’s a great place if it’s your first time visiting but also great if you’re not new, because you can find lot of inspirations while there. I will always come back to this place, I love it!"
