- "Our stay was delightful, with a splendid view, although it was regrettable that we were placed in a smoke-infested room (627) on our first day. Nonetheless, the manager on duty that night promptly addressed our concern and relocated us to a non-smoking room. He even arranged for an additional bed for my child and assisted with our luggage transfer at 2 am. Despite this hiccup, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was simply delightful. I also like that the staff helped us with our luggage upon reaching the hotel with our transport."
