- "The last of three hotels we booked over a long weekend, all wonderfully tucked away and special. I booked here mostly for the location and the on-site EV chargers, however the hotel itself was a huge bonus. Our room was in the 13th century "turret" up two flights of spiral stairs (other rooms were available, but why would you when you have a chance for a room like this!) it was wonderful! It was reasonably large with a settee, TV, plenty of room, ensuite and all mod cons, but low beams across the middle. LOTS of personality and comfort, what more can you ask for?! Photo doesn't do it justice, but I didn't take a better one!"
