- "This hotel is one of the best hotels so far. It is a new hotel with great staff. The rooms are very luxurious, the same goes for the outdoor area, the pools. The cocktails are so so so good! As for the food, it is a very refined cuisine. For certain dishes you have to be a fan of cinnamon, which is typical for Greece. This hotel is ideal if you want to relax. If we may explain small tips: we had room 1001 and missed a few wall hooks or coat racks outside the closet or shower. There is a small pouf but no mirror at seat height. We also missed a long mirror to look at outfits. These are not a must, but can be a positive addition. We want to thank Alexander for the great service and great conversations. The taxi from Heraklion airport to the apartment was 18 Euro. The apartment itself is luxurious and beautifully appointed with every thing you need. The living/kitchen/dining is on one level with private bedroom and its ensuite bathroom. There is a balcony off the living/dining area that has a table and chairs, and a walkout balcony from the bedroom (not room rnough for a chair). The stairs are not too steep to the upper level with the second bedroom and ensuite bathroom. There is also a balcony on the second level with lounger and table. There are several small views of the sea which are better from the upper level."

- "We stayed for only 2 days, the hotel was recently renovated and furnished with a beautiful style, located a few meters from the sea, common areas of a good standard, as well as the pool area. As soon as we arrived at check in we went to the assigned room, as soon as we entered we noticed an unpleasant smell, we therefore reported it to the reception in a very polite and kind manner, but we noticed a slightly annoyed attitude on the part of the owner, in the end they assigned us another room where the same problem did not arise so we decided to change rooms.
