Mary went out of her way, eager to please with any food requests like the yummy curry chicken made by the chef. Resting on the lounge chairs at beach with cocktails is my ideal holiday. Sekoa made this happen for me and my sister. He made sure that we were comfortable and well catered for. He carried out his duties professionally and always with that infectious smile. I think this young man has great potential for a leadership role at the Shangri-La. It was my birthday whilst there and I was pleasantly surprised when Mary, Sekoa, Nate, Meredani (a lovely young man and another 2 ladies...so sorry I can't remember their names) brought out a birthday cake and sang happy birthday to me at breakfast time. I can't express the amount of joy they brought to me, I was overwhelmed with emotion. This made my birthday so special! We were farewelled by four amazing women Nate, Meredani (I feel terrible that I can't remember the other 2 ladies names because their voices were angelic) The wailing song was in perfect harmony and belted out with hearts on their sleeves. It was so touching and an experience that I will never ever forget. Thankyou beautiful ladies. Love you always Stella"
