- "Location" - "The friendliness yet professionalism of the staff was exceptional. Customer service is at the forefront and they looked after their guests so well from arrival to departure. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared offering a variety of food and catering for food intolerances. The front of house staff (Elisabetta I do believe) went over and above to make our stay comfortable and memorable. She greeted us, helped with luggage as did other lovely staff, and assisted us with finding a street parking spot (very difficult to find in Ragusa). Our suite was more than comfortable and we thought the dedication to the owner’s grandfather was a very special touch. What a lovely acknowledgment of his dedication and love of his family.
