Pickup was easy - I had a car (not 4x4) and I met Ana at a parqueadero in Jardin. Ana y Diana were so helpful and kind! The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. It's worth it to splurge on one with a balcony - there's a pair of rocking chairs on each one, with a blanket for when it's cold. The other staff at the hotel were also most helpful. We stayed for three nights and we would have happily stayed longer, given the quality the price was most reasonable."
