We couldn’t find the room type we wanted on the website (two doubles) but they were more than happy to upgrade us when we arrived. The room was immaculate, the concierge and front desk very helpful and the valet staff were all lovely. We actually stayed here twice - check in was quick and easy. We tried Boleo and the Fillmore and would recommend both. The atmosphere in Boleo was lovely - the staff were very attentive. We used the Fillmore for room service and it was very efficient and well presented. The location is central and easy to get most places tourists will want to see - planetarium, zoo, aquarium, Field Museum etc."
