We wanted to do the lunch picnic as well, but it was raining the day we scheduled it! They also have so much information and recommendations to give for surrounding areas i.e. Florence, Siena etc. We ate at their restaurant twice during our four night stay: one night was pizza night and one night was their menu. Delicious! They are extremely generous with the included breakfast: pasteries, cakes, cold cuts, fresh fruit, juices, cereal, bread and more - plus, you can get eggs and speciality coffees made to order.
