Great choice of food at the buffet and you could ask for anything off menu as well. We loved the bar, just really relaxing for an evening drink, with piano music playing in the background and luxurious chairs to sink into - we were also given free appetisers with each visit, which were different every time. The restaurant was also lovely with a large choice, but they were also happy to accommodate you if there was something else you really fancied. Hotel had beautiful high ceilings and is spotless throughout. We used the shuttle a LOT and if not available the reception staff organised us a taxi just by a quick WhatsApp message. We were just 5 minutes from the local stations - really easy access to Sorento through to Naples. It was so cheap ,about £1.50 each way to Sorrento. The best thing about the hotel were the staff though, they were professional yet so welcoming- we really felt like we were being looked after and were made to feel very special the whole trip We will definitely be returning!!"
