Built in typical Alpine style, the Naturfreunde Hostel Grindelwald provides panoramic views of the Eiger and Wetterhorn mountains. It offers a large garden and free use of the internet terminal. In the garden there are sun loungers. There is a shared kitchen or BBQ grill, additional charges apply. Shared showers and toilets are located on each floor and fifteen parking spaces are available on site (additional charges apply). You can choose between private rooms and single beds in a dormitory. Bed linen is provided, you will have to dress and undress your beds yourselves. Showers and toilets are located on every floor (basement, 1st and 2nd floor). A washing machine and a dryer are available as well. Laundry service can be arranged on request for a surcharge. The Naturfreunde Hostel Grindelwald enjoys an elevated position on the edge of Grindelwald. Showers and toilets are located on every floor. The hostel kindly asks you to bring your own hair / body shampoo as well as towels. Alternatively those items can be purchased / rented at the reception on charge.

Free WiFi is available. The large and comfortable bedrooms are furnished with light wooden furniture. The new renovated Premium double rooms also have a balcony with stunning view of the Eiger Mountain. we offer a buffet with a delicious range of starters, salads, a soup, different main courses and dessert, something sweet and also always cheese. The Sunstar Hotel & SPA Grindelwald has a limited outdoor parking area. Further parking places are available in the parking garage, both comes at an additional cost.

Situated above the skiing town of Grindelwald, Hotel Sonnenberg is a beautiful Swiss chalet offering comfortable accommodation with free Wi-Fi and stunning view of the Eiger mountain. The cosy guest rooms all have a private bathroom and a telephone. In addition some rooms have balconies giving panoramic mountain views. Breakfast is served in the Sonneberg’s restaurant. Guests can also benefit from the many restaurants in Grindelwald which is 5-minute’s walk away. Please note that from the hotel restaurant and its terrace the Eiger can be seen but not from every room. In the winter the local skiing is excellent, and in summer Hotel Sonnenberg is the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike. A ski deposit room in the centre of Grindelwald is available for a surcharge. Hotel Sonnenberg is a 5-minute walk from the train station.
