There are trails for you to go hiking, indoor pools with sauna, a pretty decent gym that offers yoga and Pilates classes, and a beautiful spa to go for massages. The food is very high quality (for all meals) and the wine list is not large but it is comprehensive (caipirinhas are excellent!).
