This place checks all the boxes!!! If you are anything like us, you will enjoy it greatly. When we booked, there were not many reviews - and this boutique hotel bested our expectations. The owners Paola and Dario make you feel at home, as does the main waiter in the restaurant, Pino. Most recommended! The location: you are in a garden just above the sea, 100 m walk from a little beach, away from the main road. It is also a 10-15 min seaside walk to the cozy Forio - or 3 min walk to the bus stop that takes you to anywhere on the island. (Note that if you are coming from Napoli, you can take the ferry directly to Forio. Dario was very kind - he picked us up at the ferry. You really do not need a car in Ischia.) The hotel looks better in reality than in the photos. There are two pools: one regular large pool, one thermal hot water. The pool area is separated from the hotel by a garden and the dining terrace, so you do not hear the pool sounds in the rooms. The room was renovated and clean. Airconditioning is quiet and works well. The restaurant: The breakfast and lunch is served on the garden terrrace, the dinner is in a downstairs hall. We had two lunches and a dinner during our stay, all of which were really delicious and ample. For us, the food bested all other restaurants in Ischia."

- "It was truly great. Room was top, nicely decorated, comfortable and good airco. staff did all they could to make it a memorable stay. We really felt we could ask anything at any time. All the tips we got were very very good ( seafood, pasta, ice cream, beach etc). There are no breakfast facilities (yet) but they offer plenty of cakes, muffins and coffee. There is even an option to have breakfast nearby. Very good location close to beach and village, safe parking space (no car needed during our stay). Pool is nice when you get back from the beach. The bar was not ready yet but many options in the village and gian carlo shares his best tips we really enjoyed. We chose the place because they offer a boat trip to discover the coast and swim in the caves. This was indeed unique and very affordable ! Gian Carlo made our short stay one we will not forget easily ! We will definitely return, probably for a longer stay."
