It’s very tranquil and it has such a good energy. The waking up in the morning is magnificent with the views from the room and the music could not be better for all those who appreciate the classics and have French and Italian music culture. The stuff is equally magnificent and always there to really make you feel home. Most of the are Spanish and Italian and for someone Spanish like me who’s lives abroad it’s really a plus. Food is also great and the deco is a 10!"

Josephine assisted us with breakfast, late dinner arrangements in the room as our flight arrived very late in the evening, boat trip (amazing), taxis, island tips! cannot recommend enough La Pandilla and we hope to come back!"

We stayed for 5 nights with our 1 year old daughter for our first family holiday. Firstly the hotel itself is spotless and extremely well kept. The flowers and gardens that surround the rooms are so beautiful. The staff were very accommodating, there was work being done on the room beside us during our stay and we were promptly moved to a bigger room without even asking. It also rained one day during our stay and the spa allowed us an hour in the indoor pool with our daughter even though it was normally restricted to adults only. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly and great with our daughter. She is limited on what she can eat at the moment but the restaurant were always happy to make something that suited. The location for us was perfect, quiet and peaceful but just a short drive from the small town of san Carlos which had lovely bars and restaurants. We especially loved Pumba, the resident dog who greeted us every time we walked past reception. Thank you for making our first family holiday so special. We cannot wait to come back."
