- "This is a gem of a hotel. I stayed with my daughter for 4 nights at the end of May. It is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The gardens around the pool are small but well tended. The staff were excellent and spoke good english (which is helpful as my Spanish is limited). We had dinner at the hotel twice and the meals were great. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel and would definitely recommend it. If you want to eat in local restaurants, be warned that there aren’t many in the resort so do some research before you go and book ahead of time. You can book online."

- "This hotel felt like home. It’s a beautiful & charming place in a great location. The list would be too long to enumerate all the reasons why anyone who wants to have some rest in the northern part of the island should choose this property. But this is the best !!! The staff is beyond professional… they are lovely and they all want to make you feel comfortable from day one. The whole team (from the reception, valet, bartenders, waiters, cooks & cleaning ladies and I’m sure I’m forgetting some people - sorry) is exceptional! The two pools with sun-beds are a great place to relax and read (there is a great library where you can choose any books you wish). The restaurant is beautiful and food is excellent. I literally did not have any single meal outside the hotel. My room was extremely large and comfortable. I regret leaving the hotel, I wish I had stayed longer! - "Room comfortable, clean. Staff polite and helpful. Beach is amazing especially for snorkeling. Right next to it is a small secluded beach Cala Carbo is a true gem. There is a market right next to the hotel. For the evenings it is preferable to have a car because the place has a limited number of restaurants and it is pretty quiet. We used the car to go to port de Polenca, the old town and Alcudia which are amazing and only a short drive away."
