There is a seating and/or dining area in some units. All units include a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and oven. A microwave and toaster are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Towels are offered. Grocery delivery and packed lunches are available on request. Fresh bread is delivered every morning free of charge. Racecourse of Caen is 1 km from Chez Laurence Du Tilly, while Memorial of Caen is 1.9 km from the property.

- "We stayed one night in the apartment on the top floor, with a small terrace. The building is old though fully renovated, located in the centre in a quiet place. There is a good hitting system installed which makes temperature warm in every room. Love and attention to every detail, excellent quality lines and towels. Breakfast (bread and croissants) delivered at 7:00 am; butter, water and jam are in the fridge. Absolutely deserved Michelin recognition (we initially found this apart in the Michelin guide).
